MacPhee Interiors provides home staging and interior design services to real estate agents and homeowners that are listing for sale, living in, or leasing out their home. We provide home staging consultations and staging services for occupied and vacant homes, Business set-up, interior design and staging services to short-term rental owners, interior design services for new homes, and redesign services to homeowners refreshing their current home.
We provide home staging consultations and services to real estate agents and sellers of owner-occupied homes to prepare the marketing, presentation, and packaging of a listing so that the seller maximizes their equity, sells quickly and for top dollar, and receives the highest return on their investment. During a consultation, we will share our expert advice and recommendations, along with tips, tricks, and solutions to ensure every area of the home is strategically highlighted for fabulous marketing photos, successful showings, and creates a lasting impression for buyers so that they bring offers.
We provide full staging services to sellers of vacant properties where we take an empty, cold house, and transform it into a warm and inviting home that buyers can envision living in.
We help homeowners choose new colour palettes, fixtures, finishes, furniture, and accessories so that their home is more functional, beautifully updated, and connects with their current lifestyle.
We help short-term rental owners set up their short-term rental businesses, and design and stage their properties, so that their listings are inviting and welcoming to guests.

The MacPhee Interiors team will return to your home following the consultation to provide our expert home staging services plus bring in any additional staging enhancements so that your home is market ready and beautifully showcased for the marketing photos. We can provide you with a fee estimate for these services plus any recommended furniture, artwork, accessories, linens, florals, and greenery rentals.

Each home is unique, and therefore the only way to properly provide a quote for home staging is through a preview walk-through or consultation. The average investment for staging a home (including all staging rentals, service fees, and delivery/pickup) generally starts at $2,500 to have the kitchen and dining area, living room, primary bedroom, bathrooms, and entrance staged.

1-hour colour selection consultation, including a painting plan outline with paint chips. We can also order complimentary 8”x11” oversized colour samples. 2-hour consultation includes comprehensive evaluation of your current living situation and creating a transition plan for moving into a new home or aging in place in your current home.
