How far out do I need to book you to stage?
It is best to reach out as early as you may be considering staging your home. On occasion we may have last minute availability, however 2-4 weeks ahead of listing is the ideal time frame to reach out.
What should I do to prepare for the stage?
We ask that all work or repairs is completed and that the property has been professionally cleaned several days in advance to the scheduled stage date. Electricity, plumbing and heat/AC must be functional and access to the property upon our arrival via lockbox with key, door code, garage code etc be provided prior to stage date. During winter months, please provide snow removal and deicing on exterior walkways and driveways for our safety.

Our consultations are a preview of the property and a complete walk through (interior & exterior), room by room. Fully furnish your space with furniture, accessories, soft goods and artwork. We will stage the key, primary rooms of your property prior to listing photos with our carefully curated inventory and thoughtful designs to create lasting impressions that will entice buyers.
All furniture, accessories, art and soft goods are rented on a 60 day renewable contract. We will create broad buyer appeal using lifestyle selling techniques to create emotion in potential buyers. Hidden Potential Property Staging ensures your rooms are photo and video ready for high impact advertising and internet marketing.
