Lynda B. Schmidt , the owner of LB SCHMIDT – CREATIVE SERVICES has been in the business of creative visual presentation for over 25 years.
Being one of the first Home Staging professionals in the Waterloo Region (2004) who specializes in Home Staging and styling properties for the selling market has given Lynda the opportunity to gain expertise and knowledge of the industry that is second to none.
Lynda is a Certified Interior Decorator and has earned both the A.S.P. ( Accredited Staging Professional) and the C.C.S.P.-Masters (Certified Canadian Staging Professional) designations as well as having a diversified professional background which includes:
- Retail – display design and merchandising
- Professional Theatre – prop design and coordination, set dressing, costume design and seamstress, wardrobe coordination
- Commercial Photography – prop coordination and set stylist
- Interior decorating and design
In addition to practical experience in the home staging industry, Lynda has purchased, renovated, decorated and staged numerous properties of her own. She is familiar with every aspect of preparing properties for the selling and redesign markets.
