Since graduating from CSP September 2011, Kit Lee founded 2 Sisters Homestyling Inc. with her sister Cissy Leung. They specialize in home staging and home styling services in Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, GTA and Vaughan area.
Their mission is to provide clients with creative designs, showcasing the property’s inherent features that appeal to the broadest buying demographic housing market.
Their clients include home owners, property investors and real estate agents. In 2012, 2 Sisters Homestyling started a working relationship with one of the largest condominium builders in Toronto. Kit and Cissy design, purchase furniture, manage special renovation projects, and showcase inventory units for this builder with amazing success. With many new projects due for completion at the end of this year, they have already been contracted by this builder to stage a number of the unsold units.
Recently 2 Sisters Homestyling has just been appointed as an official in-house home staging team for one of the real estate brokerage firm in Markham. This is in addition to the number of existing brokerages and real estate agents they have working relationships with.
2 Sisters Homestyling brings great results to sellers, buyers, builders and real estate agents. Their staged properties sold in an average one to three weeks.
